Returns & Exchanges

At NanaMacs, we want you to love your boutique finds, but if a piece isn't the perfect fit, we offer easy returns for store credit within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be deducted from your total store credit amount.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, including the packing slip, and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, you will receive an electronic gift card via email to use on your next NanaMacs haul.
